Hello Friends and Family!!
I hope you are all staying safe and healthy during this absolute crazy time. I want to update you and let you know what is happening regarding my South Africa trip.
I have decided to switch to the South Africa trip that is leaving January of 2021. The new dates to my trip is from January 22-April 22.
Because of the result of COVID-19 my fall trip was up in the air. It was a constant struggle of checking my email everyday to see if it was cancelled or not and not knowing if it would be safe to even go in the Fall. Switching to the trip in Winter/Spring has provided me with a more concrete trip as well as peace of mind. I have been praying constantly about what I should do and I believe that God has provided this second option for a reason.
Another cool thing about the Winter/Spring South Africa trip is that it is the same exact route as the one I would be going on this Fall. I will still be traveling to Johannesburg, Swaziland and Lesotho and spending one month in each place. All of my funds will be completely transferred over to this new trip. So all of that being said, everything is the exact same except that my launch date has been postponed.
God is so so good! The fact that I am still able to spend three months in South Africa in the same places I originally planned during my gap year is truly a miracle. Thank You Jesus!!!
